These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and MADEN LABS, LLC ("we", "us"), owner of the MadenLabs brand, regarding your use of the Doble Nueve application ("the app"). By downloading, accessing or using the app you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. If you are a minor in your country, you may only use it with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf. The app is not directed to children under 13.
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on your devices, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or exploit the app or its content except as expressly permitted by law.
You may sign in as a guest (anonymous identifier) or with an account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your access secure. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines.
The app includes live voice and display names: user-generated content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and behavior. By using the app you agree not to:
You can mute, report or block other players from their avatar at the table. We review reports and may suspend accounts that break the rules, without prior notice. We do not monitor or permanently store voice; it is only relayed in real time during a match.
The app offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, "Doble Nueve Oro" (monthly or yearly), with cosmetic perks and a monthly stipend of in-game coins.
In-game coins (◈) and cosmetics (tiles, mats, badges) are virtual items licensed for use within the app: they have no monetary value, are not real money, are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Everything Oro grants is cosmetic or in-game economic; there is no competitive advantage (no pay-to-win): coins only buy cosmetics and do not affect match outcomes. We may modify, remove or adjust virtual items.
The app, its design, trademarks, art, code and content are owned by MadenLabs or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms transfer no ownership rights to you.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MadenLabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, nor for loss of data, virtual items or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the app or from other users' content (including live voice). Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or, if you paid nothing, twenty US dollars (USD 20).
You agree to hold MadenLabs harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, the content you transmit, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may stop using the app at any time and request deletion of your account at this link or by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the mandatory law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. We will post the current version on this page with its date. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
